"None of the dog owners care enough to pick up after their dogs. It's constant and very rude. Heck just wrap it up and toss it in my garbage bins if they're out, but no, they leave it for people to smell and step into. "

"Plots of land are big and private but the neighborhood is not well kept. Lots of stray dogs and illegal fireworks."

"There are many families that do live here, but many of them are reckless in how their kids run around. I've seen many kids riding their bikes with no helmets and just miss getting hit by flying cars, as well as their kids damaging properties of their neighbors. It's nice when it's pouring rain, because then it's nice and quiet. "
