We've had a really great experience at St Francis. We are new this year and have received a warm welcome, and our kids are doing great and really enjoy attending, the teachers and admins have been nothing short of exceptional. One of my sons goes to speech therapy and they've been very accommodating with his therapies, and when he's struggled in subjects they've offered him tutoring to help. The small class sizes is one of the main reasons I chose this school besides the faith-based learning which aligns with my family's values. If anyone is on the fence about enrolling, I'd encourage them to give it a try. After we toured the school we immediately enrolled and I'm very pleased with our decision to do so.

I’ve been with the school for 10 years, and over the past year we have experienced ongoing challenges within the management department. There seems to be a lack of leadership and communication with staff, which has made it difficult to maintain consistent protocols throughout the school year. I believe the school would benefit from stronger structure, clearer communication, and more effective coordination to ensure better overall organization and success moving forward.We have lost four staff members during this school year, and there are growing concerns that ongoing issues with leadership and communication may be contributing to staff turnover. This has made it difficult for departments to remain consistent and for instructional practices to stay fully structured throughout the year. I also want to acknowledge the long-standing teachers who have been committed to the school for over 10 years, as their support has been essential in maintaining stability.At this point, I am increasingly concerned about the overall direction of the school and how parent concerns are being addressed at the diocesan level. I am considering exploring other diocesan options, as I feel there needs to be stronger support, communication, and a clearer focus on maintaining educational quality and consistency for the students.

Amazing school. My kids are well-rounded academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We had one issue with a teacher, but the school dealt with it very well! I am very thankful for Immanuel.
