"I drive about three miles to my office. In rush hour it takes approximately 20 minutes. Traffic is bad, particularly on Alma Street. "

"great parks nearby, lots of sidewalks, and most everyone picks up after their dog. however, a surprising amount of large and untrained aggressive dogs. my dog was attacked twice and a neighbors cat was killed by a dog on leash. "
