"Lots of trash on the street, keep your dog on a short leash. Always look both ways because no one really stops at stop signs and they speed in the streets "

"One of the quieter and safer blocks for many blocks around. Neighbors talk to and are social with one another. This block and surrounding are diverse mix of working adults, families with children, professionals and retired of all ethnic groups. Semi-active Neighborhood Watch. By comparison, other nearby blocks are noisy and have many residents whose behavior would not be tolerated by residents of this block."
