"The neighborhood isn’t Calle “Oakland Airport,” it’s called Brookfield Village. Good neighborhood. Houses tend to be in pretty good condition "

"This neighborhood is generally antisocial. Oakland is mostly a high crime area, therefore, the people here are unfortunately primarily wary or indifferent to others. It is generally diverse, however, each race chooses segregate itself. The homeless and drug abuse are just three blocks away. Broken bottles line the streets. Sidewalks have campers parked on them and those who are living in them, are most times unsanitary."

"The neighborhood has a great park to walk your dog in. It also has great access to off leash trails at Oyster Bay and shoreside trails. "

"Right next to I-880, it is easy to commute to most common work area and large shopping destinations. Public bus stops are near, however the neighborhood is criminally saturated. A vehicle is a must."

"This is a great neighborhood for families. It has a cute midcentury modern elementary school, a great park with soccer, baseball, indoor basketball courts, an indoor waterpark pool/gym and a library! The City even has a summer camp here. It is also a 10 minute bus ride from the BART and 2 minutes from the highway. Complete hidden gem. We moved here last year and love it! "
