"San Marin has an annual neighborhoodwide garage sale, and they have lots of activities for kids in the summer months. "

"I live in this area and love it. I also grew up in Novato so I know the town well."

"The folks that bought this house really did a top quality job on the remodel, both exterior and interior. I live in the neighborhood - this is a wonderful, family oriented place to live. Lots of kids on the street, and the cross street. It's also about a 10 minute walk to Mt. Burdell where hiking, mountain biking and horse back riding are all permitted, as well as a 10 minute walk to Harvest Market and the shops in that area. (There's also a great dentist and ortho within the same 10 minute walk - very handy with kids). The primary and middle school info is not correct. It should read San Ramon Elementary and Sinola Middle School (don't know how San Anselmo school info got in there). San Ramon and Sinola are both really good schools. I really hope the person/family who buys it plans to live in it and become a part of the community. It's a great place to live."

"Once a mere shotgun shack solely for the use of an orchard keeper on a hundred acres of quiet beauty, this custom craftsman original has grown up and is just awesome (though it doesn't come with the hundred acres anymore). It's in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Marin County, amidst the best CA Distinguished Schools, and is flanked by two historic parks. To top it off, it's not only the gateway to the best of Marin County, it's also about 25 mins from: West Marin and Northern CA's most awesome beaches; the California Wine Country and Sonoma County; San Francisco; Berkeley; and Sacramento. Oh, and it's not for sale!"

"This is a great, quiet suburban area, with grocery shopping less than a mile away and trailheads to Mt. Burdell trails only a few feet from homes."
