"Great in the early morning and not great in the evening. Can take me 30 minutes to go 5 miles. So many red lights and so many cars. "
  • Brynn Z.
"They would like all the open grass and parks to walk your dog. I feel like there aren’t a million other dogs but it’s a dog friendly neighborhood. People typically pick up after their pets as well. If dogs want to run in open grass they can here "

"Literally none. People duck in to their houses rapidly. We only have three people we talk to. This community is one of the most unfriendly I have ever seen. People walk right past and do not respond when my husband and I say hello. The neighborhood is clean and antiseptic. "
  • Malou A.
"I lived in the community for almost 6 years now. Quiet, safe and lots of walking area and backs to Peter Canyon trail. It has pool, basketball, volleyball , barbeque area, covered patio at the play area. Well maintained and neighbor-friendly environment. Good neighbor to raise kids."

"We just moved here but we love it. It is a quiet neighborhood that feels very safe and family-friendly. "

"I love this community .It is gated, safe and quiet and tranquil. Tucked in the border of Irvine which is closed to marketplace, restaurants, movies school. It's mature, no mello roos and low tax. Big backyards and best community during Holloween "
  • Jani N.
"We’ve lived here for over 10 years. Safe, family friendly neighborhood. Nice parks, elementary school, pools. Very dog friendly also. "
  • Stefanie R. C.
"The Fourth of July parade has been a tradition in our neighborhood since I was a child. It’s always exciting to decorate the kids bikes/wagons, etc. and see all of the other kids unique/original/funny displays of what the holiday means to them. "
  • Marco P.
"Good family place, with great Parks and shopping centers. Safe, and near to very good places for fun and relax time"

"Having lived in the area off and on for more than 40 years, I have seen many, many changes. What has remained the same, however, are schools within every development -(even the new ones) and a strong sense of community. Also, because a good many of us have returned to our old neighborhoods to raise our own children, there is no shortage of kids. "
  • Maya a.
"Very pet friendly. Dog walkers frequently are on sidewalks. They always smile and say hello. Young parents with strollers are also about. "
  • Jani N.
"Holiday parades and decorating Friendly neighbors. Multi-cultural and diverse. Central to all shopping and a quick drive to Newport Beach. Many local colleges to choose from. Lots of employment opportunities. "
  • Rohit
