"We have routine community events like wine socials, pool parties, and monthly Board Meetings. We have three neighborhood pools, and club houses for hosting birthday parties and other special events.

"Yes, great dog walks and parks. Water bowls provided by many businesses. However, many dog owners are not good ones. Dangerous attitudes and untrained dogs are a hazard. Keep your little ones close as coyotes are not uncommon. "

"This neighborhood is well taken care of, has 3 pools, gated & guards for privacy. It's walking distance to Huntington High School and Seacliff shopping center with Albertsons & a ton of other stores is 2 min. away for us busy people"
