"Sewer pipes are very old, so there will be problems with toilet water at times. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Most people are friendly and warm. Very close to downtown Fremont. Close to all good, superb tasting restaurants, Mexican, Italian, Afghan, Chinese, Filipino, American, Indian, you name it! "

"Lots of people walking dogs. Everyone seems to be friendly and keeps their dog or dogs on leash. It’s the neighbors who let their dogs run around and poop in others yards they make it annoying."
  • Brett M.
"Long commute and getting worse into Santa Clara. Increase in condensed housing in Fremont making the traffic very bad"

"Lots of dog owners. We become friends and know their dog’s name before the owner’s name!! Usually, people pick up after their pets."
