    "This area is part of Etiwanda School District. API score of over 900 for elementary, intermediate and high school, beating Rancho Cucamonga schools. Price tag of the houses in the area is significantly less than Rancho. A hidden gem."

I feel safe when running or walking and the landscaping is very well maintained, with no graffiti. Easy access to the I15 and 210 freeways and shopping centers within 5 minutes"

This is the best of fontana Los Angeles has nothing to compare this to. This is justa beautiful area to live in. Pictureque mountain back drop, city lights, all the high end restuant and shopping."
