"I have lived her for 11+ years, single, senior female.I feel very safe, most neighbors have been here many years and are friendly, close to anything you need/want "
  • Joe
"This area is riddled with crime, neighbors of low character (not all but the majority), gang bangers or 'bros' whose lives are about lying, steeling and taking advantage of people. NOT recommended to families with children. Schools are infested with drugs and lack of decent nuclear families. Very sad area."
