"Chico, CA is an absolutely wonderful place to live and raise your kids! Downtown has a modern/Bohemian feel with an upbeat rhythm. One unique thing about Chico is that while it continues to grow, so does the small town, welcoming, community feel. This area is so rich in history and an overwhelming percent of the people here have a true love for this area. Extremely high percentage of families have been here for many generations. Once you belong to this area a sense of pride settles in that simple welcomes you home. There is no truer gem of Northern California!"
