"There are many nice parks and walking trails in this area. Agoura Hills is a friendly area with a slight small town feel to it. It’s only about 15 minutes to some of the best beaches in Southern California. The homes are slightly higher than some areas of California and there are very small lots. Safety doesn’t seem to much of an issue and it’s an easy commute to Woodland Hills. The schools are great however there is no bus service."

"Outstanding school system, end of street - access to Malibu Creek State Park hiking trails, horse and mountain bike trails. Calabasas Recreating center 1/4 mile distance."
