Short walk to a small playground with a large grass field. Close to Interstate 8 and Highway 95. Midway between downtown Yuma and Fortuna Foothills; about 8 miles. 15 minutes to Marine Corps Air Station and 20 minutes to Yuma Proving Ground. "
