"Lots of wildlife- owls, coyotes, donkeys, wildcats etc. but nice sidewalks and a walking path by the wash."
  • Pamela
"Lots of mosquitoes in the springtime due to being so close to the wash (Agua Fria River) and plenty of rattlesnakes as well. Wild donkeys and coyotes frequent the parks and other areas. "
  • Pamela
"There was an incident this past fall when some people tried to pick up children who were waiting at a bus stop before school. They tried to get them into the truck by telling them the buses had been canceled and they would drive them to school. Scary to think this would happen in such a nice neighborhood "
  • Kbalderas
"Far north Peoria is an up and coming beautiful area. Very close to Lake Pleasant and lots of hiking. Soon Aldi will be coming to the neighborhood. New businesses are added all the time."
  • Stephanie M.
"I've lived in far north Peoria 5 years and love it. It's clean, safe and quiet. Plenty of good stores near, freeway accessible, great schools."
  • Mathew M.
"I have a 20 minute commute to work. Usually the commute is via the 101. However happy Valley is usually just as fast."
  • Kaylacolon
