What Locals Say about Sunset View

"I've lived here since the beginning of November and have to say that I am really glad I got in early and stuck through the initial setbacks. It definitely can't be easy trying to manage a large apartment complex while it's in the process of being built and they've done a great job. The apartments themselves are beautiful and a relaxing place to call home, I have a top floor unit so can't say anything about noise above but I hardly ever hear neighbors. The construction noise goes on during the day but it's not excessive and they are done by the evening making the fantastic patios a great place to hangout. The pool and BBQ area is kept up really well daily and a popular place on the weekends. Their maintenance crews are busy all day keeping up the property and quick to do repairs. On the weekends the traffic towards the stadium can be hectic but everything you need is towards Camelback and away from the worst of it. The area is growing fast and an awesome place if you want to be close to the amenities Glendale has to offer."

"We bought a small house in this neighborhood when our daughter was 2 so she would be going to a good school. Years later we need a bigger house but we will buy in this same neighborhood. We love our neighbors an my husband is the neighborhood watch captain so we know most of our neighbors."

"I lived here for 17 years and it is a quiet old established neighborhood. The neighbors are really nice and the commute to anywhere is easy. Close to work and schools and the schools are very good. There are plenty of stores and pharmacies. It has always been a safe community with neighbors watching out for each other. No HOA to pay"
