"This area has many 55+ Communities and all of them have events and activities. Very active Neighborhood Watch in the area to keep the area safe enjoyable. Annual Mesa G.A.I.N. Festival is a great representation of the fun, caring and friendly residents. "

"I have lived in the area for 15 years it is relatively quiet other than the occasional Fiesta party with foreign music that can grind on a person's nerve most people control their animals but there are a few households that have multiple dogs who seem oblivious to the nonstop barking all night. of course this sets off all the untrained out of control dogs to start barking. the owners however sleep through it and doesn't phase them a bit. they seem to have the idea of if it doesn't bother me why should it bother you "

"I live across the street. Mobile Homes and Properties individually owned. No HOA. Bank, grocery store, fast food around the corner."
