"lots of open spaces, good trails, but also very barky dogs. the high fences make it hard for dogs to get out, there are areas with slat fencing and some large, aggressive dogs... but thankfully they are stuck in their own yards. "

"All the barking dogs and loud exhausts on vehicles. Also all of the cars that like to speed around corners and tons of stray cats. The community park is always vandalized and not maintained by the association."
