    "We lived ij the neighborhood for several years and thoroughly enjoyed it. we had two young children at playa del ray Elementary and the school was great! awesome teachers and very involved community and familys. im not sure if the last lady just had a bad neighbor and if thats the case i feel for her because thats no fun for anyone. but as a whole the community was great. a little dated being built 25 years ago but most people take pride in their home and community. i would live there again without any reservations."

    "Mean neighbors have nothing better to do than harass other neighbors and complain about piddly little items that don’t make a neighborhood. There is no sense of community here avoid at all costs! "
