    "None. Everyone stays inside. Only dog walkers. Very quiet. No children. Go to community center or downtown for events. But we are very happy here. Nice sidewalks for walking exercise. "

    "We are new here this year (snowbirds) and like the quiet, small town feel. Our church is near which is a plus. The climate is very pleasant. Nature is just outside our doors. The grocery stores are excellent as well as the hardware and larger variety store. It is a good place to be!"

    "This is a good place for a retiree or elderly person/couple to live. Definitely not kid friendly as this block is all older people. Holiday's, especially Halloween, expect to see lights off as this is like a ghost town and not recommended for kids. "
