"This are has it all. Easy access to all major freeways, plenty of walking and biking trails, parks and the schools are second to none. We have lived here for over 10 years and would not change our location for anything. South Chandler and the Vineyards....Make it your next home!"

"My family has lived in the Vineyards at San Martin (NW corner Dobson/Germann) since 1997. At that time we were on the leading edge of the master-planned communities that were rolling across the valley like a dust storm. For several years we enjoyed a strange blend of the new and old with open land, dairy farms, large horse properties and riding schools, farms and original homesteaders still in the area. Somewhat sadly, they all succumbed to the rapid growth of Chandler, as it finished morphing from a rural to city environment. Excellent elementary and jr. high schools are nearby plus two great high schools, Chandler and Hamilton. For those who like to workout Mountainside Fitness and the YMCA are nearby; several other fitness centers are within an 8 miles radius. There is a dog park a couple miles away, or you can walk to Chuparosa Park 1/4 mile south and play fetch there. A few churches are nearby, and several eateries are within walking distance; Oregano's Pizza Bistro, Uncle Bear's Bar and Grill, Nando's Mexican Cafe, Planet Sub and BLD. The Price Technology Corridor is a little more than one mile away and has grown consistently. The Loop 202 is less than a mile away, and the Loop 101 access is about 2 miles. Intel Corp is 3 miles south. Major shopping is close by at Chandler Fashion Mall by Loop 101. Less than 2 miles up Dobson Road is the Chandler Regional Medical Center, which plans to offer Level I trauma service by spring of 2014. Currently there are six trauma centers in the Valley designated Level I by Arizona Department of Health Services, five of them clustered in Phoenix. Chandler Regional plans to seek Level I classification from the Arizona Department of Health Services but Level II classification from the American College of Surgeons. Multiple top-rated specialists have moved into medical offices surrounding the hospital, including Arizona Heart Institute, Skin and Cancer Center of Arizona, Ironwood Cancer and Research Centers, and others."
