    "We moved into the Markwood North (Sienna) community in October 2012 and have been extremely pleased with the location thus far. It is close to 202 access and a ton of shopping at the Gilbert/202 corridor. The community is very well maintained and there are a lot of kids who frequent the community parks. One gripe I have is that the neighbors do not seem to be very active with each other. We rarely get waives when people drive by and nobody has stopped by to say hello. This may be normal but not consistent with previous neighborhoods I have lived in."
