"had a problem with someone stealing from neighborhood cars. walking distance to the park. There are a few homeless people that live in the park nearby, but they wont bother you."

"The commute to city buses isn’t bad, they run with in 1 mile both north and south of the property. I have paid between 5.50-6.75 to Uber to downtown Chandler which I love to hangout , they have great eateries and Bars "

"I lived in this neighborhood for 20 years this past November . My children have grown up in this neighborhood and our neighbors are awesome. Making sure all new neighbors feel welcome you will regularly see gatherings outside In our front yard and in the wintertime bonfires and kids playing Are regular occurrences"
