    "People walk their dogs around here a lot and there's a good grass area for them to play. Some of them bark late at night or in the early morning, though."

    "Nice and quite, i enjoy the area but too bad the neighbors dont talk much, not much community relations. The HOA hit u with fines instead of talking to you. Some of us work a lot to look in the yard for a weed that will grow over night. My major complaint will be HOA need to work with the people more instead of trying to be police officers and enforce weed control. "
