"Certain streets are nice and quiet, downtown is not too far and neither is SOMA. Being downtown there is a large and vulnerable homeless population. I feel mostly safe aside from catcalls here and there, but I wouldn't walk around at night without my dogs. I have been approached by some unstable men a few times at night while walking them. "

"Easy and walkable. We have flexible hours so traffic is seldom an issue. Parking can be an issue for some, but we have a parking garage so again not an issue for us."

"I’ve lived in Little Rock for 16 years and lived in this neighbor hood for 3. It is relatively quiet. Close to good schools. And easy to navigate to all other parts of Little Rock. "

The quality of the education surpasses some of the charter schools (I've attended several of their orientations/tours). I've also seen first-hand that the school manages to challenge academically advanced children while providing amazing support/tutoring/intervention to children with special needs. The school population is diverse, supportive, and has become like a second family. I investigated many schools before placing my son here, and it was definitely the right choice. Our shy daughter, who has difficulty with change and new people, has acclimated very quickly and is learning at an exceptional rate how to read, add, subtract, multiply, problem-solve and work with others.
