    "I grew up in the Point O Woods area and still visit neighbors. It is within walking distance to UALR and a few restaurants. Many don’t realize that we have a lake, pool and park for Broadmore and Point O Woods residents (and surrounding communities sneak in Lol). It’s a very mixed community with well kept homes."

    "Most of the people are nice and there is not a lot of crime. The police or fire truck can get here pretty fast. You can walk to Walgreens and some of the fast food places like a Burger King or Popeyes."
