    "The people will treat your property like a public area, including their delinquent children and the dogs they let run loose and deliberately walk in your yard to crap. They trespass, vandalize, and throw garbage all over the streets. It's horrible and about half the houses are for sale with the old timers trying to get away from the trash that's moved in over the last few years. "
