"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "
    • Trulia User
"I love the baker neighborhood!! One of my favorites!! Great little apartments. Good place for people looking for a place to live that’s always got something going on, right off broadway so there’s a lot of stuff always happening. "
    • Aaron R.
"Lincoln Park is a great neighborhood. Excellent transit with the light-rail station that goes in almost every direction, it's also an easy walk to Downtown, the Golden Triangle and Cap Hill (you can take the Cherry Creek trail if you want a more relaxing walk.) While in close proximity Downtown, it retains a neighborhood feel - with historic homes giving it charm and the Santa Fe Drive Art District has that main street feel. "
    • Trulia User
"it's quick near 25,6th, Colfax, Santa Fe, kalamath and speer. easy to get around which is great. ..."
    • Trulia User

    • Trulia User
"This area has brought me lots of love and laughter my neighbors are very nice. Close to downtown and has lots of groceries stores near by. I love the art walk that happens every first Friday of the month. Tons of attractions around."
    • Trulia User
"Not a great area. Cars get broken into. Lots of homeless people. People steal packages. Dog poop doesn’t get picked up."
    • Kaleb F.
"Semi-sketchy neighborhood. Lots of trouble makers, police typically patrol area frequently through out the night. "
    • Kaleb F.
"Good up and coming area. Mainly affordable housing currently. Rumors of new building projects coming on the near future. "
    • Kaleb F.
"No real community events. Close to Santa Fe art walk though and light rail to where ever you need to go"
    • Amber
"There are a lot of homeless that wander the area as well as housing projects. The police are often called for domestic disturbances but there isn’t a police presence to deter or address the crime happening in the area."
    • Roadkingmatt
"Sunken gardens and Lincoln Park are excellent for dogs. Also very dog friendly neighborhood and businesses."
    • Connor M.
"It’s great here, lovely place. Shady people sometimes but close to campus and right down the road from the city. Easy commute and great neighborhood"
    • Locdoctorliz
"It has character but the Park has some issues with safety. Up and coming vibe walkable during dAy. Older homes mixed with modern architecture"
