" I have lived in this neighborhood for 15 years. Houses are not on top of each other, lyres and wildlife every where. Most of my neighbors I know by name and see often. Downtown is a mere 3 blocks away. Close to restaurants and shopping"

"Beautiful area with wonderful hilly (Ozark Mountains) views. Two miles from Beaver Lake and the White River. Lots of recreation. It's like living in an area where you would vacation! The town is an old victorian area with lots of shopping and excellent restaurants. "

"Lake Lucerne is the best kept secret in Eureka Springs--natural surroundings, but under five minutes to historic downtown. A very scenic part of the Ozark Mountains."

"This is such a warm and friendly place to live, if you love the lake and golf it's amazing. The amenities are fabulous , pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, baseball, art! I also work full time here as well."
