This is a decent school with decent teachers who are willing to help the students and do make themselves available if students need help in their subjects. While it is up to the students to pursue that help, when a teacher sees a student floundering (first poor test/quiz), they should step up to the plate and automatically call the student in for help. Some students do not want to ask for help (stigma attached to that). Instead, they wait until the students are failing and grasping at straws to get caught up. But that seems to be the way with all of the schools these days. Problems come up during conferences. Teachers are good communicators if you email them. Office is not and the website is rarely updated as are the teacher Wiki pages. Not all parents rely on Twitter and Facebook for communication. Plenty of extracurricular activities for students who want to participate. School is convenient to most everything. Bussing is reliable.

I cannot adequately express how awful my wife and I found this school to be. We have pulled our daughter out of there. She was continually harassed by students AND staff. She was subjected to searches of her person and belongings ~10 times in 2 years and was never found to have any illicit items on her but yet the unfounded searches continued UNABATED. My wife and I corresponded with the administrative staff at that school numerous times to no avail and NO APOLOGY given. The staff working there should be ashamed of themselves. We know our daughter isn't perfect, but the treatment she was subjected to there certainly did NOT HELP. Don't send your kids here!!!

Before this Principal came, it was just an average school. However, after she came, she has turned it into the one of top school. It has small classes, and teachers are very nice and supportive. They really love students and try to boost students' academics, too. Compared with other elementary schools in same areas, this school is the best option.
