      "Seafood Festival and BBQ fest are the highlight of this area plus the proximity to the Lagoon and other great boating areas. It is quiet here away from the hubbub of city noise and busyness. We also have a few great local restaurants and if you want shopping, it’s about 20 minutes away from a mall and movie theaters! We love our community after living here for 13 years.
