      "The average yard size is good for dog owners. There is good public spaces for owners to walk their dogs. Sidewalks are up kept well and drivers are pretty cautious, making it a safe walking environment. The city had a dog park but it could be larger and better quality. "

      "dogs are welcome, even in certain areas of the beach. dogs are loved here in Florida. some breed and size restrictions exist in condos. even some outside restaurants allow dogs and provide shade and water. "

      "People just live here. Mostly part time. Not many kids. I don’t feel like a community. The beach is close but you can’t go right here because of the condo people won’t allow. The weather is great in the winter."

      "It’s a quite small town and everyone know who you are. Safe and friendly beach side city. The home are older from the 50s, 60s and 70s not much new model except a few townhouse. If you’re not a beach lover then you’re about 20 minutes drive to Viera shops and restaurants. This area is newest part of town that have everything to offered within close proximity to everything in clouding the brevard zoo. "

      "We have 3 public beach parks within a 1 mile walking distance. Each park has limited parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables. 2 Walk/Bike paths run parallel to Highway A1A and S Patrick Drive. "

      "This is a lovely community. The Fountains is like an old-fashioned neighborhood. It is a great place to raise kids - friendly, safe, and all around just a nice neighborhood. Satellite Beach overall is like a friendly small town. "

      "I lived here from 1969 to '71 when I was in elementary school and it still looks the same. The beach across from South Patrick Drive.Hightower Beach Park, is clean and has ample parking as well as free of charge. It is never crowded,at least from what I have seen in June,July and August. I don't know about holidays like 4th of July though. But you can go there,park,leave and still find ample parking upon your return. As I said, a fantastic summer residence!"
