I do not understand why the reviews on this page are rated are such. This school made me miserable, but it's not just the school; It's the entirety of Kings Park itself. There are a good select teachers, but majority of them are only there for the paycheck, or play favorites with the students that have parents that have been donating their money to the town for years. The generations of drugs that been done in these schools bathrooms get passed down to the freshman that enter each year, creating a vicious cycle of white trash to forever torment and bully other white students. The boys pass around nudes while the girls compete their eating disorders. I had to move to a different school because I never received bullying support from this school, I would sit and eat lunch in the guidance counselor's office and no one ever asked if I was okay, and when I did reach out their solution was to print out an article for me to read about hurting myself. Don't send your children here. If you currently go here, good luck. Life is better after highschool.

Both of my boys attended Fort Salonga Elem and both needed special services. They were given every opportunity to succeed and they did wonderfully. The class sizes were small and the teachers were wonderfully caring.

HORRIBLE SCHOOL!!!!!! Bathrooms were closed for weeks because of damage caused by students!! Administration is more concerned about people on their phones they are about bullying and destruction of property! Do yourself a favor and spare your children the hell of going to this dump!!!!

I'm actually surprised by the low rating of this school. When we were looking for a new house a few years ago, the low rating of this one school had us hesitating to move to Kings Park. I'm so glad we took a chance because I absolutely loved my son's experience here. The teachers and support staff are amazing. They really care and go the extra mile for their students. There's great teacher-parent communication.
