    Description

This rarely offered, very private 304+/- acre duck club is a real gem. Once part of the legendary Dingville Duck and Social Club, it has been meticulously restored to natural marsh and upland habitat for waterfowl hunting. Property is very private with two locked gates and gravel roads with year round access. The club has PG&E power on site and uses a two year old 25HP lift pump to flood the fields. The water is taken from the Sutter Bypass East/West Channels. This area is internationally known for its shore birds and the natural marsh has been a haven for many species of shore birds. This is a year round property with Blacktail deer, doves and fishing; bass, catfish, and salmon. The owners had a very successful brooding year with over 200 mallards released. The property has a FWS conservation easement. The owner will convey all mineral rights that they own.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from June 12, 2026

"Yuba is a great place to live. All the amenities of a big city without the crime. Neighbors are friendly. "
    • Trulia User
"We live on the locally famous Christmas street. The first half of the neighborhood loves to lavishly decorate for the holiday. Lots of people come to the neighborhood for the season. "
    • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is busy during the holidays, but otherwise is rather peaceful. We do live right by the high school though and that tends to back up when school starts and finishes. It’s not smart to leave around those times, otherwise the traffic is fine. "
    • Theresa N.
"The schools are horrible here. lots of crime ad far as bikes, scooters, all the way up to vandalism, cars stolen all the time. "
    • Mama D.
"There are no parks in the Walnut Park area. it's misleading! traffic is increasing but still not too bad "
    • Vickie L. B.
"Don't allow your kids out at night because drivers don't do the speed limit. They drive however fast they want "
    • Vickie L. B.
"Dog owners not picking up after their pets. Take them to the park because there are plenty of trash cans to throw away their poop instead of leaving it in my apartments grass area."
    • Vickie L. B.
"It's an ok place but I'll be moving next year. You get what you pay for. Rent going up...really much not being done for it."
    • Syvaniah P.
"A lot of dog owners walk their dogs without a leash. It can be dangerous for drivers, other dogs, and people/children."
    • Vickie L. B.
"I live near the firehouse and police substation. There's Little Caesar's nearby, and a Mexican Restaurant."
    • Raynear G.
"People keep there dogs on leashes and there’s never been an incident where someone has been bitten "
    • Crochetheather
"There are several families here and there are great schools in the area and it’s near shopping and highway 99."

    • Tiffany
"The Halloween displays are amazing and during Christmas there is one street that is completely Christmas town style"
    • Chieko T.
"We lived here for 25+ years. It’s very safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. People walking, take dogs for walk, kids riding bike. But yet, just few streets to get to Main Street of town with variety of retail stores to shop. I wish I could live in a neighborhood like this forever. "
    • Vickie L. B.
"The eight apartment's where I live - we watch out for each other...kind of like our mini neighborhood watch."
    • Chieko T
"I see people walking their dogs all the time. Great manners, no problem in our area. I think it is a welcoming neighbor for dog owners. "
    • Vickie L. B.
"A person can get a ride on the city bus. Thank goodness I have a SUV. There are bus for Yuba City and I think for getting over to Marysville."
    • Robert Z.
"that this road is not residential and cars move fast. pay attention to your kids and keep your eyes out for tweakers xmas shopping!"

"The city bus is around the corner from my apartment. Folks must be careful with their vehicles. they are know for either break in's or hit and run accidents in front of my building. Just be aware!!!"
    • Michelle Pilcher
"Have looked at houses in this area. Like the small town feel. Like the rural feel. Want that feeling of neighbor's not being on top of you"
    • Myriah
"I've lived in this neighborhood since I was 2. It was a great place to grow up with lots of other kids and many parks just a few blocks away. Many schools around to choose from as well. Great little community "
    • Lilliduval
"I’ve lived here for a year and a half. The people are friendly and the community has activities of interest. It’s a growing and affordable town. "

    • James
"I am sure the people here in this mobile home park have events at the club house and pool but I don't attend. Sometimes the neighbors will have a yard sale and quite a few of them participate. "
    • Rachelnicholas13
"Lots of dogs are kept outside so if you go on a walk with your dogs there's a chance that the whole neighborhood will be barking"

"Dog owner likes to have them in their backyard if they are gaurd dogs and in house if they are service dogs, most stores are dog friendly and neighborhood is not so crowded."
    • Snmaried
"I like it bc the people are nice and keep their yards neat and mowed. they are quiet for the most part and their is a store at the end of the street. I enjoy this area because of the rivers being a hop skip and jump away."
    • Theresa N.
