One of the teachers was on their phones for most of the class time and was not engaging with students. She would often ignore people.Other Review2mo ago14 Reviews - Conejo Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll of my children have attended this school. I’ve see it go through changes with the new principal and all I can say is that it’s been wonderful and she has brought great energy to the school. Everyone there does their best to create a safe and learning environment for everyone. Ultimately it’s up to you the parents to stay involved and get in there, volunteer and bring your bright ideas to make it a better place!Parent Review5mo ago13 Reviews - Westlake High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experiences as a parent at WHS have been exceptional. We receive necessary information (email, phone call, text messages) on all relevant issues. My daughter enrolled in both AP and honors classes every semester and found these classes to be challenging. She does stay up late doing her homework and studies daily and still has enough time to participate in the after-school extracurricular activities. She was able to find time to hang out with her friends and have good social network and support. She's able to maintain high GPA from freshman to senior year and has been accepted to several UC. I admit WHS has a lot of kids from high-net-worth families with influence due to the area; however, many of these kids are polite and respectful. This was my biggest concern being that few parents I spoke with informed me of the predominance condescending kids at WHS due to their family wealth. I can assure you that this is just bad rumor. WHS does have few bad apples as with all public schools. Most kids are good at recognizing bad behavior and can easily ignore and avoid these misguided peers/children. Overall, I highly recommend WHS for the resources, staff, teachers, and safe learning environment.Parent Review11mo ago26 Reviews - Check out schools near Sunset Dr.

"We are in the burbs so we are off the beaten path but that's the charm. Close to the beaches and great hiking. Wonderful place to raise a family. Love it here"

"There are people always walking their dogs in the area. There is a park down the street. And also many places with poop bags and trash cans around. On my street there no sidewalks on my street so it gets tricky to walk the dogs. "
