7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat experiences with Badger over the years - so happy the new school is up & running because the only drawback used to be the age of the building & campus. BME will start to shine with all the new resources, the kids love the new building, & the campus layout is much more modern & efficient. Teachers & staff have always been helpful & supportive, access to additional services (speech therapy) was straight forward & effective with results. We have been very happy with our kids attending BME. It's nice to finally have it feel comparable to other elementary schools nearby now that it's finally had its turn being rebuilt.Parent Review3y ago8 Reviews - Carmichael Middle School

"It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "

"Of the three districts, I feel like Richland is the best. Also, there are plenty of parks so even if you have a small yard, there is sure to be a park really close."

"There is not much traffic on the interstate except at 0800 and 1700. Commute times to downtown are about 15 minutes to Richland, Kennewick and Pasco. The roads are well maintained except sometimes they are not plowed in the winter."

"I moved here years ago after growing up in Los Angeles California. We have low crime, beautiful rivers for boating, tubing, kayaking and now water-yoga which is done on top of your paddle board. All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
