I am writing to express serious concerns regarding communication, student support, and overall responsiveness at Vickery Creek Middle School.Over time, I have experienced significant delays in receiving responses to emails and requests, in some cases waiting for extended periods without resolution. This has made it difficult for parents to stay informed and actively support their child’s academic progress.Additionally, there appears to be inconsistency in how student achievements and personal growth outside of standard academic or school-related activities are acknowledged. As a parent, I believe it is important that students are encouraged holistically, including their individual strengths, achievements, and development beyond just classroom requirements.I am also concerned that communication between administration, staff, and families could be improved to ensure that students receive timely support and that parents are properly engaged in their child’s school experience.I respectfully request a review of:* Parent communication response timelines* Clarity and consistency in student recognition practices* Opportunities for improved student encouragement and engagement* Overall administrative responsiveness and communication structureMy intention is not to criticize individuals, but to ensure that all students are supported in a fair, transparent, and encouraging environment that promotes both academic and personal growth.

we moved within the district a couple of years back and had to transition our child to West Forsyth High School, as managing out-of-district drop-off and pick-up was no longer practical. What initially felt like a logistical challenge turned into a true blessing for our family.From the moment we joined the school community, we experienced nothing but support and encouragement. The teachers are genuinely dedicated, and it’s clear they are invested in helping every student succeed and thrive. Their care, patience, and commitment do not go unnoticed.West Forsyth also does an excellent job keeping parents informed. The school consistently shares valuable resources—from scholarship opportunities to helpful programs—that truly benefit students and their future paths. That level of communication makes a big difference.We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a nurturing and forward-thinking school environment. We love New Hope! We had experience coming from another so called "top" blue ribbon Forsyth school, but we personally found the teachers to be insensitive and indifferent. All New Hope teachers have been amazing! Science Olympiad and Gifted/Advanced teachers are always so helpful and make the students feel included and respected. We're so thankful and glad to have found this school!
