Improvements: The ranch has a spectacular custom home (~2500SF), built in the '90's, with 3 bedrooms and two fireplaces overlooking the Schumann Lake and a sensational grove of Majestic Live Oaks; is surrounded by wonderful landscaping.Near the home is a detached 4-car garage with one of the four sections finished out into a one bedroom guest room with a full bathroom.Nearby, and just outside of the residential compound is a 3 sided metal barn for storage of equipment and implements.Water: Schumann Lake is approximately 26 acres in size and provides multiple recreational opportunities including fishing, hunting, boating, skiing, and swimming; not to mention providing water for livestock and wildlife. The ranch has over a quarter mile of shoreline and water access to the entire lake. Use of the lake is shared with 3 neighbors. On the eastern portion of the ranch, there is a small lake that also offers fishing and provides water for wildlife and livestock. This lake is fed by runoff and a spring during wetter periods.There are 2 existing water wells. One well is located at the home compound; the other is located in eastern portion of the ranch. Electricity: Available and operational at residential compound; available, elsewhere. Minerals: Negotiable. Easement Information: Schumann Lake Road is an easement road that separates the western and eastern portions of the ranch and provides access to two neighbors. Coming from an entirely FAILED FAILING school system in NYC,this school was a delight where kids could be kids and experience a NORMAL setting and not be worrying about who and how many are waiting for them outside and deal w/violence in their face the same.NOW I remain confused BY THE LOW RATINGS based on scores as YOU state this high school HAS above average the amount of students PREPARED for the college level courses and environment. You can tell that they take their jobs seriously. I've never had any issues with any of the teachers.
