  • Mwangirajoun
"It’s ok over here. I like the elderly people who are truly amazing. The neighborhood is decent for the most part, I actually feel safe even though it’s lower income in some areas. My kids like to go outside and it’s lots of space to play for them. I still wanna move though. I just want to have more room and a quieter environment. I honestly need a safe place to own a pet. I worry about his safety. "
  • Willdogood64
"I have live in the area for over four year..So when I start looking to buy a home I wanted to stay in this area..I like how you can get around from end of town to the next one in 15 to 20 minute."
  • Positive E.
"I have lived in the Diamond Estates Community for 20 years now and I have never had any problems. Everyone focuses on the upkeep of their home and maintaining their property value. You will not make a bad choice when choosing this community. "
  • Markesha M.
"Our neighborhood is gated and code locked. The Day Estates subdivision is predominantly African American. No crime whatsoever happens behind our gates. We know each neighbor by name. It’s a small community, maybe 20 homes. The owner of the land lives in the neighborhood. The Day Estates should have a much higher property value than its given. "
  • Lisalou1227
"I lived here for most of my life. I moved to Atlanta for 10 years and moved back here. All of the neighbors are connected and know each other very well. We look out for each other to help maintain a safe environment "
  • Markesha M.
