Though, since neighborhoods are sparse and spread throughout the hills and trees, we have never lived in a neighborhood where kids play outside regularly. Which means my kids are bored frequently. Still a nice place to live. "

It’s what drew me to this area, lots of man-made lakes, beautiful golf courses, pools, and mountain biking trails. Great recreation town.       "We are up the hill, but there are beautiful curvy, tree lined roads. The Razorback Greenway is also being extended to the north part of Bella Vista, so that will open up commuting by bicycle and a great walking path. "
