Parent Review1y ago8 Reviews - Washingtonville Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is great and helped me grow. The teachers are fun and kind, they try to make sure everyone's safe. And when we assemblies they are usually on things the kids need to improve on and stop doing. Overall the classes are fun and so are the subject and every year is exciting!Student Review1y ago5 Reviews - Washingtonville Senior High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is to easy. My daughter said it didn’t really prepare her for college. She made deans list every semester in college but leaving WSHS she said they didn't give her enough. My son is now graduating and since the city kids parents bought the new homes they have brought their city fake thug attitudes. My son can handle his own but now he fights kids every week after having three years of pure happiness and the principle is powerless to stop the kids from going at him every week. If he says something back he gets ISS and the other 5 kids get nothing. If my child was a weaker kid he would be getting bullied and provably found in a gym mat. Send your kid to Cornwall if you canParent Review3y ago12 Reviews - Check out schools near Rt 207.

"New Windsor is a great location to live and have children. The school district is great, a lot of local stores and parks, and a lot of military personal because of West Point. The downfall is Middletown and Newburgh aren’t too far from it, and both towns have a high crime rate."

"Newwindsor is a great place to live in honestly. I say this because it is safe and quiet. Not much going on in this small town. This is a very boring place to stay. I happen to live in the heart of newwindsor close to butter hill and even then not much goes down. Also dont be surprised if there is a deer in your backyard."

"Dog owners would like that there are two Dog grooming stores for pets. Dog owners would also like the pet supply store that is located in the local shopping center. There are many store nearby just in case pets need to stay home without having to worry about the amount of trouble the pet would get into if they went with the owner on a quick grocery run. There are sidewalks to walk your animal."
