"Quaint, quiet and relaxing. Easy access to shopping. Friendly people. Country feel with near by cities. Gulf Coast is a short drive, so is Disney (Orlando) and Bush Gatdens (Tampa). Being in Central Florida is what I consider full access. What ever you want to do or see is easily accessible and not to far to drive. "

"Very quiet place, friendly neighbors, no crime, no traffic jam, you get to know most people on the block, a very variety of birds every where you go."

"Left a metro area seeking rural country living. This area ended up being our top choice. Rural seclusion, yet convienant to several metro areas. Close Interstate access, which also provides some shopping, grocery and dinner choices just down the road. Unique natural beauty and rolling hills. Close to many recreation and Natural Forest areas. Withlacoochee River offers a unique canoeing experience, as does the 46 mile Withlacoochee Bike Trail. Currently very affordable area to live in. Should stay rural for a while due to the current housing issues, which is a plus for me."
