4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAlumniI went to SPASH and really enjoyed my time there. Starting school as a Sophmore I was very dedicated and received lots of attention from the teachers. I felt engaged in the programs and had lots of opportunities to learn. However, when I lost interest in school I began to be ignored by most teachers. Looking back on my years there I feel this is not ideal but understandable. I should say that even at my worst there were one or two teachers who really cared and believed in me. These teachers are at SPASH. There are excellent teachers in almost every department, however there are also some pretty bad ones as well. McAdams, the school's football coach, was particularly atrocious. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter attended Bannach elementary school from K to 6th grade. Her teachers were kind, talented and (frankly) exceptional. She participated in “the Battle of the Books” and won thanks to Mrs. Konkel and other outstanding teachers. She graduated top 10% of her high school class and went on to a full scholarship at one of the United States Military Academies.If your family is lucky enough to live in the Bannach school district, you are very fortunate indeed.Parent Review3y ago
