"Dog friendly neighborhood owners most control the pets. There are more dog owner than cat owners. I seldom see cat owners out walking their cats. "

"Sterett creek village. quiet for the most part. many retired ppl on their golf carts that like to block the roads and chat with other golf carters. they also cruise slowly over and over and stare into ppls yards and houses. I think they need hobbies. lol "

"It’s a nice, friendly small town in a resort area. Lots of retirees here. Jobs are scarce. Be prepared to commute an hour or more for work. "
