"I resided in this community for a duration of four years, and it is highly suitable for new families looking to raise their children. Owning a vehicle is essential for getting around."
    • Rhonda Becknell
"We are retired, so we know that the traffic is bad on Cortez during rush hour. We have seen drivers of cars and motorcycles do some dangerous things. "
    • Justin Jay Bocachica
"Been here for a year but worked here for 3 and I love it. Only complaint is depending on where you are things are far"
    • Pdnicoli

"Been here for 3 years and brought my newborn home from the hospital here. My neighbors are super friendly and always there to help if I need it. But they are never overbearing or nosy! We pick up our little corner of the neighborhood together. It’s safe and I can walk to the park, dollar store and the elementary school. "
    • Susie Bauman
"Neighborhood garage sales every year. Maybe twice a year. Park open every day. Friendly neighbors! Elementary school is walking distance"
    • Pdnicoli

    • Rondallawson
"Dog walkers would not like this area. No sidewalks and you'd have to walk dog too close to the road. "
    • Cheyenne.aaron
"I have been here about a year now I like how everything I need is close by and if there is anything I need above and beyond the norm it only a short drive to Spring Hill. "
    • Budowskiaudry
"Everything is within 10 minutes and are 45 minutes to Tampa with the suncoast. I drive 35 minutes to new port Richey for school everyday from downtown Brooksville. Everything is within 15 miles that you could need besides a big mall. There’s food, shopping, movies, outdoor parks and recreational areas. A small town but worth the drive for anything else. "
    • Phmb1975
"Everyone is friendly and thinking about moving here. I moved here from Wyoming to help with a friend who is sick with cancer and looking for a job in a local hospital and start a new life here"
    • Carrie M.

    • Colleen M.
"Puppy play dates, amazing neighbors that are willing to help neighbors with anything you need. Dead end makes it less traffic"
    • miabent
"I don’t work, so haven’t a commute. There is no public transportation here, so bring a bike, buy some good tennis shoes, or buy a car."
    • miabent
"People have dogs but this is a townhouse area, so usually small and not ever left in a fenced area. Leash walking only & bring your scooper please! "
    • Francineann
"Downtown Brooksville live music and food trucks every 2nd Friday of the month. Great restaurants, great parks. Close to Tampa. All in all, a really great place to live and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. It even has its own small airport and flying school. "
