      "Kensington neighborhood looks like it should be nice, but people drive entirely too fast through here, blow stop signs constantly, and everyone with a dog seemingly lets it bark at will and defecate in other people's lawns. "

      "I lived in Troy for several years. Definitely a nice area. No public transportation. There are areas that were rough thirty years ago and had not improved any. However, there are a lot of good neighborhoods. If you are moving from out of state, don’t rely on your realtor says on what areas are rough, get residents opinions. "

      "We are within 3 minutes of the super Kroger and live on 3/4 acres with a 15 acre lake. Everyone is friendly and only 20 minutes from Dayton. "
