Each house has its own personality which is refreshing opposed to the cookie-cutter variety neighborhoods. Happy to see Oak Park added new kid-friendly and dog friendly parks in 2019. A nice walk or short bike ride to downtown Ferndale or even downtown Berkley as well. "
