7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe particularly love the project based approach of Casita, that the staff and parents are exceptionally engaged, that the curriculum is well balanced between scientific and creative offerings and that despite all that it is an accessible and inclusive school. Our kid loves going to school here and made a lot of friends in the two years she is visiting Casita. The teachers have a great strategy of motivating the children by reinforcing positive behavior and encouraging initiative and independent thinking. The principal Ms. Chien is super approachable, empathetic and her and the staff earned the school a Blue Ribbon award. The only thing that I find irritating, is the necessity for constant fundraising. That being said, the school and PTA excel there to bring in the funds to make the outstanding program at Casita possible. The results speak for itself. Go cougars!Parent Review2y ago11 Reviews - Rancho Minerva Middle School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe will be glad to say goodbye to this school when it becomes Vida. Good riddance. There's a sign on the gate out front made out of blue solo cups that spells "BE KIND". My kid says it should really read "Be kind...of an a******" because of all the bullying that goes on there. Administration blames victims for not sticking up for themselves, doesn't punish the kids who do it, and the teachers ignore it and let it keep happening. Avoid.Parent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Vista Academy Of Visual And Performing Arts

"Dog owners, even on the easements, pick up after your dog. The county pocket lacks adequate street maintenance so it is up to the home owners to clean up what is left behind. And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "

"My neighborhood participates in a 100% crimefree neighborhood and that is why we liked our place here on Bonair Road near foothill and pretty much close to be able to do any errands under the sun. And pretty close to freeway."

"Super close to the transit station, and Vista Village is beautiful. There’s a nice little trail and stream with ducks all over it near the water park and it’s a nice stroll if you like taking the scenic route. The view from the top of the hill at the apartment complex is to die for."

"Hey it’s ok u will enjoy the quiet and bored nature and it’s good to get out and have more expanse to trek, People here like the quiet life, they dislike disruption and noise. They prefer to keep to themselves. They will report suspicious activity and everyone somewhat knows each other. Be careful with high speed There are kids and animals everywhere"

"Gate communities are the best options, I feel safe within the gated community, but outside I’m a little more cautious. Overall, I feel safe, main concern outside the gate is petty theft. "
