"I love this town and neighborhood. There are so many great things that Paonia has to offer. Schools are great and check out Big B’s!"

"We have lots of music festivals and local musicians and shows. During the summer there is Cherry Days and parade through town. High School sports is also a big thing.... love Friday night football. The whole town comes. "

"Paonia is a nice small town with a great climate, great views, and a quiet mountain feel. There's a good community scene. Local schools are great, with strong academics and excellent sports programs. This property is located on Stewart Mesa, south and a little west of town. It's a very nice rural area with typically larger properties, 20 acres or more, although there are a couple of residential neighborhoods as well. The mesa gets lots of sun and if you have good irrigation water, you can really grow nice crops. Hunting, fishing, and recreation are very close by in the West Elk Mountains. "
