The best thing about this school is that students are free to create many things by themselves, (if it is approved, which is easy) such as clubs and even new systems for the school!!! This method cultivates the ability of students to achieve their dream. Another cool thing that I've heard is that students engage in something called "passion projects", in which students are given an hour(instead of the usual study hall) to work on a personal project in which they will present to parents at the end of the year. This is quite an amazing feat. In conclusion, Ballard Brady Middle school is a wonderful middle school that gives students many freedoms to work toward a personal goal or dream.

Over the years this school has went down tremendously. The teachers are rude and unprofessional talking about inappropriate things that do not go along with class lessons. Not only that, but some of the teachers have been throwing micro-aggressions towards my child who is an African American. This is not okay and I have talked to the principal about this, yet not changes have been made in the way the teachers are approaching my child as well as others who are not of Caucasian descent. With this, I have no more to say than Orange is just not a good school. The environment is not a positive place at all. This is the second child I am putting through this district and it will definitely be the last. I do not recommend Orange to anyone.

Excellent school, great teachers, after school activities and great gifted program
